Picnic Pavilion Rental PolicyHours of Rental:   Dawn to Dusk  

* The Chesapeake Beach Pavilions may be used for any gathering or event, with the exception of anything for profit purposes.

* Reservations can be made in advance, and are made on a first come, first served basis. 

* If your event is before Labor Day Weekend or after Memorial Day Weekend,  please mail the completed application and payment to: Chesapeake Beach Town Hall

In this above situation, you will need to pick up your permit, or we can email or mail it to you once we receive you Payment and application.

Otherwise, if your event is May 28 thru Sept. 5, it is still required that you  mail in your in your application and  payment ahead of time, but you can  pick up your permit the day of the event at the Admissions Window at the Chesapeake Beach  Water Park, located at 4079 Gordon Stinnett Avenue, Chesapeake Beach, MD 20732 and is Located next door to the Northeast Community Center.   

*Payment in full is required at time of Permit issuance.  If you are getting the Chesapeake Beach Discount then Proof of Residency will be required at the time of reservation and/or permit issuance. 

* The name of the permit holder will be the responsible party during the event. The permit holder will be responsible for all clean up of Pavilion, tables, equipment, and surrounding areas. Trash receptacles will be provided at each Pavilion by the Town. 

1. *The permit holder will be liable for the cost of any damage to the Pavilions, tables, equipment,   
   

or surrounding areas caused by misuse or neglect by members of the group or attendees. 

* No drugs or alcohol of any kind are permitted on Town property at any time.

* The charging of a fee by the user group is strictly prohibited.

1. *Facility users must be aware of their impact on the neighbors and surrounding community.  
   

2. *Amplified sound systems are not permitted.
   

* Grills are not permitted.

* There is no electricity available at the Pavilions.
